Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Product

  Carefully repack the e-bike in its original box with all chargers, keys, tools, and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
